Forty-five minutes with the person who would be accountable. You will leave with at least one useful observation whether or not you engage us.

Written scope
If it makes sense to continue, you get a written scope with the assumptions, the number and the definition of done — usually within a week.
After that, our five-phase process takes over: Discover → Strategize → Build → Launch → Scale.
